9. Community Consultation:  Applicants must share information about their
   proposed projects with communities and land managers.  In non-technical
   language, please outline your objectives, time frame, plans for
   community visitation and involvement, and communication of research
   results, etc.  This information will be sent by the Prince of Wales
   Northern Heritage Centre to the appropriate body for comment.

    2000 organic artifacts mainly bone, ivory, antler and wood and 20
